Mama Bliss Nuture and Relax Postnatal Class
As rewarding as being a new mum can be, it is also incredibly hard work and can be an anxious time as we worry about the needs of our precious new baby. In between looking after our baby, sleepless nights and all the chores that go with motherhood, it can be impossible to find time to look after yourself. Self-care is so essential and this gentle and restorative postnatal class focuses on strengthening, healing and relaxing your body, mind and spirit after birth. Combining gentle yoga-inspired exercises with relaxation, mindfulness and destressing techniques, the class will leave you revived and restored. You are welcome to come with or without your baby.
I realise that sometimes Mums would like a bit of me time but leaving baby can sometimes be difficult in early days especially when breastfeeding. David Lloyd has a lovely coffee shop downstairs so daddy or a grandparent can look after baby downstairs allowing Mum to relax in the class knowing baby is only downstairs should they need her if you want. Or if you prefer to bring baby to class that is absolutely fine too. S
