Building on the success of our current Mamafit® programme we are now offering an evening 6 week fitness programme for pregnant women and mums with children under 5 years old!

We have different exercises for pregnant women and mums ensuring you are working out at the right level for you.
•Suitable for ALL fitness levels
Whether you are a beginner, an experienced exerciser or anything in between Mamafit® ALL is for you.
•Bring your baby or spend some quality ME time
As with our Mother & Baby courses you are welcome to bring along your child*, however these classes are designed with you in mind; why not leave baby with dad, family or friends and spend some quality ‘me time’ exercising and getting fit!
•Workout in a way that suits YOU
We have different options and different exercises to suit you and your fitness level.
You do not have to be fit to start, but you have to start to be fit!
•Exercise together & make NEW FRIENDS!
Working out all together is a great way to make new friends and share experiences whether you are pregnant or a mum; social interaction is something we are big on!
