MAMAM fit is a pre and postpartum group fitness class for women that want to stay active during pregnancy or are returning to exercise after having their baby.
My classes are always low-impact, easy on the joints with zero jumping/ running. We focus on a mixture of cardio, strength, functional fitness, deep core, pelvic floor and stretching exercises to strengthen the full body. These classes will raise your heart rate, because low-impact doesn’t mean low-intensity!
This is the class for you, if you want to exercise safely and effectively, in a friendly environment whilst having your little one with you all whilst feeling great mentally and physically!
I run 3 classes per week in a studio within Evolution Gym, Kilmarnock.
All classes are suitable for all fitness levels, ages and stages of pregnancy and postpartum. It is also suitable for anyone that is looking for a low-impact workout.
You can pay as you go or book classes in bulk (the more classes you buy, the cheaper each class will be).
