Using mindfulness and self hypnosis within the 1 day course, I show you how you can take a relaxed, mindful approach to your own birth preparation and help you to learn how your state of mind affects you, your baby and your birth.
The techniques I teach are designed to help you stay relaxed, calm and confident and that with your birthing partner’s support, you can have a truly wonderful birth. Birth partners benefit greatly from the course as well.
As a talking therapist working within the Wolverhampton area, I help my clients to overcome barriers and achieve their life goals by using a range of different therapies that include clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness, NLP life coaching, counselling and laughter yoga.
