Are you looking for a class to do with your baby which can benefit both yourself and your baby whilst enjoying precious bonding moments?
Mindful Me Baby Massage is about the experience, the treasured moments, relaxation and fun.
Whether your a first, second or even third or fourth time mum, you will have an opportunity to enjoy precious time with your baby.
Sessions are completely baby led and relaxed, babies needs always come first.
Part of the experience includes some mummy relaxation time, after all a relaxed mummy = a relaxed bubba.
We touch on and integrate some baby yoga moves especially as part of digestion and wind, colic routines.
Mindful Me Baby Massage has a focus on mum and baby wellbeing.
The course itself is a weekly group course spread over five weeks (this can be variable for a one-to-one course).
By the end of the course you will have enjoyed some set aside quality time for you and your baby, formed a strong bond of love & trust with your baby, become tuned in to understanding your baby’s body language and cues & learnt skills that will benefit baby and can be incorporated into daily routines.
There are many benefits to massaging your baby with the main one’s being the importance of touch & boosting baby’s health and wellbeing.
Massaging your baby releases oxytocin – a hormone that relaxes & comforts you both.
Massage also helps sleep duration & quality. Helps to relief effects of colic, teething, wind & constipation. And stimulates baby’s major systems & neurological development.
The course will include handouts for use at home.
