Mindfully Hannah is the wellbeing companion you never knew you needed for your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Founded by former Women’s Health Doctor Hannah Tribe-turned-Accredited Meditation Teacher, MH brings her passion and professional experience in Women’s Health in combination with her personal experience of burnout recovery and qualification as a Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation together to bring you tailoured support in the form of meditation & mindfulness classes.
If you are struggling with:
- Anxiety – about pregnancy symptoms, safety of your baby, birth, being a Mum… anything!
- Low mood
- Fear about birth and/or motherhood
Or if you are simply looking for something to help you achieve mental wellbeing during your pregnancy or postnatal period, that won’t take up hours of your time, you are very welcome at a Mindfully Hannah online class.
- All classes are online via Zoom – book via my website under ‘Courses & Classes’
- Experience a guided meditation plus everyday mindfulness tips you can actually use in day-to-day life
- Each class is only 30 minutes
- Classes are recorded and the links sent out to you the following day so you can enjoy the meditation again
