I specialise in supporting women struggling with Unexplained Infertility and pregnancy losses (ectopic, chemical pregnancy, miscarriage)- whether conceiving via natural or assisted methods, first time or secondary infertility.
Additionally I provide emotional support throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.
After experiencing 4 years of Unexplained Infertility (3 ectopic and 1 miscarriage), in my late 30’s, I knew deep down there was more to it than the medical side of it. That’s where I started to explore my mental, emotional and energetic blocks. I became a mum naturally at 40.
This is why my approach is holistic, I use what I’ve learnt along the way and I truly believe we need to look at the WHOLE of you to boost your fertility and align to conception. Your mind, body, heart & soul then feel aligned and safe to conceive,
During conception, my aim is to help you cope with your current infertility, get at the root cause of what could cause it, heal from the past & optimise fertility.
We go from fear driven and stressed where your body feels unsafe to conceive to calmer, empowered and hopeful again.
During pregnancy, my aim is to provide you emotional support and coping strategies, helping you address stress, fears, limited beliefs and physical discomforts, prepare for the birth, heal from past traumas (such as past losses, difficult birth etc.) while promoting emotional well-being and bonding with your baby.

My name is Laetitia Felix, I am a qualified, accredited and insured Mindset Coach, Hypnosis , NLP , advanced EFT (tapping) and Angelic Reiki practitioner.
I am a registered member of the EFT and Mindfulness Centre.
I offer a bespoke mix of my therapies and coaching in my packages from Conception to Pregnancy.
I also offer 1:1 Online EFT and/or Angelic Reiki – individual sessions or bundles.

Pregnancy Bundle
The pregnancy bundle (initially created for pregnancy after loss but now offering to all pregnant woman ) includes:
– An Initial 45min video call following the questionnaire I would send you to discuss your feelings and situation.
– 2x EFT Sessions (around 70min for the 1st one and 60min for the 2nd)
– A tailored hypnosis recording created specifically for you to use throughout the pregnancy and recommended daily for the first 21 days.
– A self-care handbook with practical tools and advices

‘Aligned for Conception’ Bundle: 3-Step Mindset & Emotional Reset - £199 (current price reduced from £275) Includes 2 Mindset Coaching Sessions of 90minutes, 1 EFT Session of 60min, and 1 Hypnosis Recording. Perfect if you’re looking for a focused introduction to mindset and emotional alignment. Additional coaching or EFT sessions can be added as needed for continued support.
