Hi, I’m Naomi!

I’m a hypnobirthing teacher, passionate about equipping pregnant people with the skills, tools, and knowledge to feel prepared, informed, and even excited about birth.

Every birth is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all ‘ideal birth.’ My courses are tailored to each individual, empowering you to approach birth with confidence, take control of your care, and make informed choices, whatever your journey may bring.

My classes

I offer inclusive, non-judgemental, straightforward, and fun hypnobirthing classes in South East London, via Zoom, and across London for private courses.

Private Classes – An in-person private hypnobirthing course over 4 sessions in the comfort of your own home (available to those living in South East London) or via Zoom (£395).

Hypnobirthing Refresher Class – A private short course for those who have done a hypnobirthing course before and would like a refresher. Available via Zoom or in person in the comfort of your own home if you are based in South East London (£175).

Virtual Group Class – This group hypnobirthing course will take place over four evening sessions via Zoom (£275).

Hypnobirthing for Caesarean Birth –A private short course to prepare you for your planned caesarean birth (£150).
