A great class for new/expectant parents and anyone with children or looks after them.
Pre-crawling babies are very welcome.
I’m a mum of a two boys and also a fully qualified First aid trainer and a member of AOFA.
Classes taught in venues around the Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire area aswell as in the comfort of your own home.
I also teach Kids classes for age 8-11 year olds and early years classes to 3-7 year olds.
