Mini Me Yoga runs workshops for grown ups (parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, carers, guardians, teachers, teaching assistants, child minders, au pairs, foster parents, social workers etc – basically anyone who works/lives with children) in yoga and/or meditation. No previous experience is necessary. These teach grown ups a simple and easy 15 minute programme that they can use with children at home or in their setting to introduce positive thinking, mindfulness, yoga, meditation and relaxation into the daily routine whilst having lots of fun. It helps to support the emotional and physical well being of children – adults also benefit from this too!!
During the workshops which are 2 hours, you receive everything that you need to be able to implement this straight away, access to extra resources on the website and a certificate of attendance.
Training is flexible and affordable – it can be in your own home, an agreed venue, in your workplace. Discounts are available if more than one workshop is booked.
