“I am Sally the founder of MiniSleepers . I am an advanced baby and toddler sleep consultant and an occupational therapist. I recognise the importance of sleep for the wellbeing of the entire family and how making small changes can make a huge difference. Sleep is a biological necessity; we all need it. I want to empower parents to have the confidence to shape their child’s sleep and to no longer endure endless nights of sleep deprivation. I offer individually tailored sleep packages and troubleshooting calls for children aged 6 months to 4 years of age, as well as sleep advice and support for younger babies. My approach is one that is open, honest and respectful of one’s parenting style and family values.”
