Throughout the year there are various workshops for you and your baby. These developmental workshops are full of ways to play with your baby to promote a solid foundation of gross motor skills.
Mummy and me: The First Year is an innovative service dedicated to supporting both mothers and their babies through the pivotal first year after birth. Our program is designed to help mothers recover from pregnancy and childbirth while preparing them for the active toddler years ahead. At the same time, your baby will benefit from monthly sessions with a paediatric physiotherapist.
