This class is aimed primarily at the healing and restoration of the mum’s physical and energy body after the end of pregnancy and the birth of her baby, combined with some easy massage moves for the baby that promote and strengthen the bond between mum and baby.
Each session starts with a chance for each mum to speak about her “here & now” and share in this confidential circle her experience.
Having a baby is one of the most joyous as well as one of the most challenging experiences anyone can have and having the support and sympathetic ears of people who know what you are going through is crucial for an easier and more stress-free transition into motherhood.
The focus of the class is to ease tension in areas that suffer from looking after a young baby, such as neck and shoulders, restore health in the pelvic area, learn breathing techniques that will help you relax and soothe your baby and of course have fun bonding with your baby through songs and movement! And of course you are welcome to stay after class for a cuppa and biscuits!
These classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks old until they are mobile.
