This fun, friendly and very relaxed Pilates class is for all new mums who want to strengthen their core, their pelvic floor muscles and to have a good all over body work out and stretch. I am a fully qualified Pilates and pre/post natal instructor so you can be sure that all of the exercises have been designed with you and your health in mind. This 5 week course is for all levels of ability and fitness and best of all, baby can come along too, so no need to worry about childcare!
