* a fully qualified personal trainer specialising in POST PARTUM
* and a Nutritional Medicine Profiler.
I know the important of taking care of yourself so you can take better care of others.
“You can’t pour from an empty cup”.
This is what the #MUMSUNITEDMOVEMENT is all about it’s a place of understanding your own wellbeing and what we can do as MUMS to help it by helping each other.
We are going to begin by holding lots of MUMMY MEET UPS over the North West and then delving into lots of WELLBEING WORKSHOPS.
