NCT Twins and Multiples Workshop, Bristol

This workshop looks at the unique challenges of giving birth to and caring for more than one baby.

Topics may include some or all of the following:

* Joys and challenges of having two or more babies
* Twin and multiple birth including caesarean birth
* Realities and practicalities of life after birth including feeding,sleeping,routines
* Sources of support for parents of twins and multiples including local support.

The Twins and Multiples workshop is a fantastic opportunity to meet others expecting twins or more and to create a support network of other parents in a similar situation.

There is a charge for attending these workshops. We offer discounts for parents in receipt of benefits or on lower incomes.
