We offer Physio based Pregnancy and Post Natal pilates and Yoga classes taught by an experienced therapist. Classes are ideal for women who want to exercise safely during and after pregnancy. Exercises are tailored to work on pelvic floor and back strengthening to help reduce pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, general mobility, preparing the body for labour and other pregnancy and post natal related aches and pain.
