A gentle yoga class that allows you to start to reconnect with your body, stretch out and find your inner strength again. However you birthed your baby, it will take time for you to feel like ‘you’ again and this class offers you gentle exercise in a baby friendly environment along with other ladies who, like you may not have had a full night’s sleep! Give it a go and see how good you feel ….
You can join us from 8 weeks, once you have checked with your health visitor or doctor, but there is no rush, come when you feel ready. This is a rolling class, booked in blocks of five consecutive weeks in advance, adapting to the needs of the ladies attending. Just bring a mat or blanket for your baby and maybe their favorite toy and I’ll provide a mat and yoga equipment for you. You can come without your baby if you prefer. Dress comfortably and bring a drink. Please contact me to check place availability.
