Parent & Baby Yoga
Gentle stretches for parents and massage, movement & songs, to support postnatal recuperation & bonding with baby.
An hour-long gentle session, incorporating yoga moves suitable for parent & baby. Emphasis on the breath & pelvic floor is introduced to regain strength from the inside out following birth. Simple massage techniques with songs to relax baby & open the class, with a nourishing relaxation at the end.
Parents are invited to feed, change & comfort baby as required in the room.
If you have a mat please bring it with you, and a blanket for baby.
