This course is for those returning to physical activity after having a baby. The course consists of:
– Access to online Postnatal Client Zone
– 1x Introductory Group Zoom Call
– 6x In person Postnatal Pilates classes in the studio
Our group classes begin on the mat, introducing you to restorative exercise and taking you through a progressive program that considers the individual needs of those within the group. Towards the end of the 6 weeks you will also have the opportunity to work on some of the Pilates apparatus as we progress through the work.
You are welcome to bring your baby with you to class and tend to them as needed.
