Pilates for Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed to help support your changing body through pregnancy, and prepare your body for the times ahead.
We work primarily on the mat, using small equipment such as resistance bands, Swiss balls and others to give you a workout that aims to mobilise and strengthen the body.
Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy but particularly beneficial for trimesters 2 & 3.
Group Pilates for Pregnancy mat classes are on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. Pregnant clients are also welcome in the apparatus studio for private 1:1 sessions or group apparatus classes (initial 1:1 required prior to joining group apparatus to familiarise you with the apparatus and your individual programme).
