5 Week Pregnancy Yoga course taking you through yoga sequences and relaxation to help you prepare for birth and keep your body and mind comfortable throughout pregnancy. Sessions focus on increasing flexibility, strength and stamina in the body as well as practicing breathing techniques to ease discomfort and help you through your labour. There is also a long relaxation to calm your mind and let your body rest. A lovely chance to connect with your baby and set aside some quality time just for you.
