This postnatal Pilates class is designed to reintroduce movement to your body in a safe and healthy way. Special attention is paid to rebuilding core strength, all while your baby plays on the mat beside you. The class is suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery and their pre-crawling babies. Mats for mums and babies and all other small equipment required will be provided. Please bring a blanket for your baby. Class sizes are small, so pre-booking is essential. Join us for a coffee/tea at The Florence Pub after class too!
