This is a class for you, the mums (but babies are most welcome, of course!). It is designed to help you safely heal, strengthen and align your body post birth, supporting the new demands of motherhood. We will focus on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength, moving mindfully and releasing all that new mama tension. I have done extensive training in postnatal wellness so you can be sure and get the attention you need. The class is suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery up until your little ones are crawling.
Classes are held at The Brockwell Barn at the Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses, Brockwell Park, BPCG, London SE24 9BJ. Please enter through the main gates of the Community Greenhouses and you’ll see the barn on the righthand side.
*Please remember to bring your own mat, I will provide all other small equipment required*
