With children’s mental health being such a relevant and current topic amongst the chaotic times we live in, would you be interested in developing your children’s emotional well-being?
Relax Kids enable children to calm their minds by connecting to their bodies and their breath, helping to create calm, confident and relaxed kids, all whilst teaching them life long mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Children learn to self-regulate and be more resilient, manage their emotions, any anxiety and develop positivity, optimism and self-esteem.
The fun, themed “Little Stars” and “Magical Adventures” classes include movement and dance, fun drama and relaxation based games, stretching exercises, self and peer massage, breathing exercises, positive affirmations and visualisations, relaxation and mindfulness.
“Chill Skills” classes for older children include key aspects of the above but are delivered in a more relatable way, helping kids who may feel pressure, anxiety, stress, anger and strong emotions, deal with these feelings by bringing a sense of calm, positivity, relief and relaxation.
Through all these classes, Relax Kids helps children:

Relax Kids is recognised and recommended by doctors, psychologists, children’s therapists, play workers, teachers and social workers and has also been used by parents, life coaches, yoga teachers and behaviour management specialists.
