We help Mums and Mums-to-be to look after their physical wellbeing through Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates Coaching, so they can feel 100% confident in how their bodies look, move and feel at every stage of the journey towards and through motherhood.
Pregnancy and Motherhood can result in aches, pains, poor posture, weakened core and pelvic floor muscles, loss of muscle tone and a loss of confidence is this new and changing body. Our classes are specifically targeted at mums and mums to be to help alleviate and eliminate all these common issues.
Our classes are led by pre and post natal exercise specialist Clare Jarvis who is also a Teacher Trainer for Health and Fitness Education (HFE). Options are provided for all levels of fitness and stages and Clare can adapt content for those with specific medical issues.
Group and 1:2:1 coaching is available both in person and online.
