Group postnatal exercise classes that will be sure to get you sweating. With a combination of cardio, weights and pelvic floor exercise, these classes are the perfect way to get your body moving postpartum.
Exercise isn’t only about burning calories, it’s about how you feel during and after exercise, and the people you meet along the way. At Rise with Ellie, we understand the importance of the community, so feel free to have a chat with the parent next to you and debrief on your child’s latest escapades, whilst dropping low into that squat.
The classes are Thursdays at 10.15-11am at ChristChurch, Wanstead.
