I’ve undergone a comprehensive training and mentoring program with Dana Obleman creator of the Sleep Sense programme to become a certified sleep consultant for babies and children. This has given me the very best tools and knowledge available to help you get your child sleeping through the night.
I know only too well that not getting enough sleep effects our state of mind, feelings, relationships and health. I feel strongly that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn. I can help give you the skills to improve your child’s quality of sleep.
My methods are based on current and up to date knowledge and experience. The way children develop, how they learn and how they respond to the world around them is extremely important.
My gentle yet affective approach allows the child to feel supported and safe when learning to put themselves to sleep. I incorporate your style of parenting and only carry out plans which you are happy with. Sleep is an instrumental skill a child will have for their whole life, it is therefore important I work with you to ensure we help your child to learn to sleep.
