Welcome to Sleep Fix, where my sleep support packages are tailored to the unique needs of babies and children aged 0-7 and your family goals. My name is Louise and I am a mum of two, a certified infant sleep coach and a qualified primary teacher. I aim to fill you with the confidence and resources to achieve a peaceful night’s rest for the entire family.  I work remotely from Whiteley, Hampshire. 

As a mother of two, I understand first hand the challenges of parenthood and the endless nights of sleeplessness it can bring. If you are experiencing but not limited to;
