• A 60 minute video consultation or in-home consultation.
• A detailed newbornsleep plan booklet
• 30 Minute follow-up phone call

The 30 Minute Refresher Call (£75)

• Preliminary evaluation
• A 30 minute phone call

1 Hour Support Call (£150)

• Preliminary Evaluation
• 60 minute video consultation
• Optional 2x follow-up email support ( extra £30)

One-to-One Sleep Solutions (£350 Baby in cot ) (£375 Toddler in a Bed)

• A preliminary evaluation.
• 90 minute video consultation going through detailed personalised sleep plan
• A bespoke sleep plan PDF sent via email
• Detailed sleep log PDF to track sleep sent via email
• 2 week support (four 15 minute follow up telephone calls in the first week and then four days of email support every second day during the second week)
• Final support call setting you up for the future
• Access to regression material (PDF booklet on rergressions e.g. illness, travel, nap drops etc.)
