Mum & baby workout to leave you feeling energised and positive for the week ahead.
Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, Strong Mums Club (mum & baby) classes are designed to increase strength, improve fitness, and address post-natal postural issues. This strength focused workout (with a few heart raisers thrown in) uses body weight and resistance bands to rebuild your postnatal body, build strong muscles and kick start your post-natal exercise journey.
Get your heart rate up, boost your confidence and get those endorphins flowing with other mums (and baby’s).
All classes can be adapted to an intensity to suit you and whatever stage of your postnatal journey you are at.
