I am a versatile, fully qualified Life Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner and Meditation Teacher with years of experience of assisting people to improve their work and personal lives
We spend a third of our lives asleep and sleep is crucial for our mental and physical health and has a massive impact on how we function – our concentration, reaction times and decision-making ability. Research shows that 20% of road accidents may involve driver fatigue.

Insomnia is often, but not always, caused by stress and so rather than offering a one size fits all approach to insomnia, I will work with you to see if we can identify the cause and help you to resolve that as we deal with the insomnia. Insomnia might arise from situations that make it hard to switch off and relax, common issues are

My unique combination of coaching, therapy, and meditation will help you re-set your sleep. Each session is tailored to your specific issues and needs and to help you make those changes even more quickly, I offer the option of 90 minute appointments.
My work is increasing on-line and I also see people in person in Deal, Kent. I only take on a limited number of clients at a time
SLEEP PROGRAMMES
You can book one session at a time, or you can book a Sleep Programme of 4 or 8 sessions. A Sleep Transformation Programme may include:
Sleep Diary- Diaries are powerful catalysts for change. You can record the frequency and severity of any sleep disorder, how much sleep you are getting, how tired you are during the day, your routines, stressful events, what you are eating and drinking, alcohol etc. This will help you identify areas of your life that may be getting in the way of your sleep.
Life Coaching- can help you make life style changes that will support your sleep.
Sleep Training – Your mind and body know how to sleep, and using Hypnotherapy and advanced NLP techniques, I can help you re-programme your unconscious mind, transform your thought processes to help you get a Great Night’s Sleep.
Transforming the Cause – we can identify and tackle the root cause of your sleep problem, which may often be stress related.
Self-Hypnosis– I can teach you how to use self-hypnosis to support your sleep and relaxation
Breathing techniques – I can teach you breathing techniques you can use to relax or energise, and reduce snoring.
Meditation– I teach simple, effective mediation techniques that you can use in the long term to improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your health, increase your self-awareness and concentration. Even meditating for just 10 Minutes twice a day can have a profound impact on your sleep, health and well-being.
I offer a special programme to help you sleep comfortably wearing a CPAP mask or gum shield.
I also teach Sandy C Newbigging’s Mind Calmand Body Calm, which include a simple, effective meditation. These are usually 6 sessions.
You do not need to quieten your mind to meditate – if you can think, I can teach you to meditate!

I am a versatile practitioner with years of experience of assisting people to improve their work and personal lives. I am passionate about what I do and know from personal experience how effective my approach can be as I suffered with fatigue, pain, a lack of sleep and restless legs for many years.
As well as being a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner and Coach, I am a Meditation Coach, and qualified with Sandy C. Newbigging to teach Mind Calm and Body Calm.
