Offering 1:1 sleep consultation packages as well as an emotional regulation support package, I can help you to improve your child’s sleep using sensitive, attuned, responsive and predictable approaches.

As a sleep consultant with over a decade of experience working as a qualified social worker, I am able to offer sleep support that is grounded in knowledge of attachment theory and safe sleep practices. My approaches will help with your little one’s sleep difficulties whilst continuing to encourage positive attachments between you and your child.

Based in Horsham, West Sussex, although consultations are completed remotely and therefore I can support families all over the UK.
