Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority. We believe every woman in pregnancy and early motherhood should be able to workout and break a sweat with instructors who understand their needs. So that means no corporate gyms, no scary trainers, and no slapdash workouts. Because physical activity can be a lifeline for mums. And at Sweaty Mama, we support mums in not only feeling strong, but becoming part of a valuable community.

Tuesday and Thursday: 11am at The Lodge Space, Surrey Quays, Lower Road London SE16 2UB
45min classes. £55 for 6 classes
Every fitness level welcome, pre and post natal friendly. If you need to feed your little one? You are welcome to do so. If your little one wants to crawl? they more than welcome, I always bring toys for them to come in the front of the class and mamas be free.
