Exercise adaptations to suit your fitness and the age/development of your child.
All of our tracks/exercises focus on encouraging rehabilitation through good posture and building up core strength, which has weakened during pregnancy and aiding recovery.
Post-natal specialist instructors and trained in safe babywearing too!
Prenatal mamas are also very welcome to join us. Relevant adaptations will be provided according to individual circumstances and stage of pregnancy.
Classes available at multiple venues in Hindley, Leigh, Carr Mill, and Garswood. We also offer an evening Bootcamp for mamas and ALL ladies to attend!
