Having worked as Midwife for over 15 years, I wanted to create classes that were really relaxed & that give you time to bond with your baby. My Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes do exactly that.
My Baby Massage course consists of 5 classes, running on Monday afternoons between 1:30-2:45 at The Yoga Rooms in Chorlton. The course will teach you how to massage your little one from head-to-toe, which can help with common problems such as constipation, colic & teething. Every class finishes with a hot drink, something sweet to eat & a chat, so that you can get as much out of the class as your baby.
My Baby Yoga course also lasts for 5 weeks. These classes are run at the Chorlton Unitarian Church on Wednesday mornings at 10:15. The classes are fun & playful, with gentle movements & stretches for you & your baby, alongside songs, nursery rhymes & props to keep your little on entertained. As with the Baby Massage classes, the final 30 minutes each week is for refreshments & time to chat, because having this time to relax & connect is so important.
