Daisy Birthing Classes are active birth classes, for women only, from 14 weeks of pregnancy.
Classes are a lovely blend of gentle pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing techniques, breathing for the different stages of labour and relaxation. Each week, a different birth topic is discussed, to ensure you feel knowledgeable and able to make the right choices for you.
Birthing classes will help you to feel much more confident, relaxed and calm and they give you time away from a busy week, to focus on your birth and your baby.
Each term runs for 6 weeks.
