Pregnancy Yoga
Join me at Fit n Funky Ladies gym for a 4 week block of yoga classes designed to help you find breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you while pregnant and in labour. Learn more about working with your body and the beautiful changes it’s going through. This is a great way to make some new mummy friends who are also going through this very special time. Did you know you can have paid time off work to attend the class if your GP/Midwife feels it’s in the best interest of you and your baby’s health.
Mum & Baby Yoga Classes
Join me every Wednesday morning at Fit n Funky ladies Gym in Atherton with your baby (6wks to crawling) and enjoy songs and movements with your baby. Gentle stretches for you, bring strength back to the areas that became weak during pregnancy. All in a safe and nurturing environment. This class combines mindfulness, breath work, stretching, strengthening, bonding with your baby and an opportunity to meet new friends. This class is pre-book only in 4 week blocks.
Chair Yoga
A Yoga class designed for those with limited mobility. All postures and movements will be done on a chair or leaning against the chair. This may suit pregnant mums who are experiencing difficulties in movement or after baby is born.
General Yoga
I run weekly group Yoga classes to suit all levels and abilities.
