Swimming is a fantastic way of burning off calories, getting out and about having fun, while all the time teaching your baby or toddler a skill that could one day save their life. It’s one of the best forms of exercise for both of you, and just think of all the fun you’ll be able to have with your water baby when they arrive – whether they’re in a paddling pool in the garden or a swimming pool somewhere exotic, there’ll be no stopping them!

Chapter 1 is a beginner class and is generally offered to beginners and/or children between the ages of birth and 6-8 months of age.
Chapter 2 is a more advanced beginner class, generally offered to second time Mums/Dads and/or children aged between 8 and 11 months of age.
