How many times today have you taken time out just for you (and bump)? We all have busy lives, but it’s important to take time to enjoy your pregnancy.
WaterBumps is a pre-natal yoga programme delivered in the comfort of water. Our classes are designed to help you cope better with the many demands of pregnancy, give you tips for coping with labour, and ensure you concentrate on having some relaxation time to yourselves.
We are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) so you know you’re in safe hands. We will cover techniques such as full body stretches, upper body and yoga poses, hip openers and shoulder stretches and lower back and front stretches as well as pelvic floor exercises.
Our classes are continual, meaning that you can join us at any time – with no set courses, we teach both from structured lesson plans and what’s in front of us. The flexibility allows us to cater to everyone’s aches, pains and abilities!
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings
£13-15 per lesson, book in blocks of 4, 6 or 8 classes!
