I don’t know about you but recently I have been a pig – an absolute pig – I tell thee!!! I have been scoffing chocolate until I nearly choke, chewing sweets until my jaw can’t chew anymore and giving myself brain freeze demolishing a full pack of twisters a night. I have been waking up feeling tired, grumpy and totally crap and today I decided enough is enough – It is time to get back to being healthy. I haven’t been eating enough greens so I decided to create a sweet green smoothie masterpiece and that I did!!!
- 1 celery stick
- 2 balls of frozen spinach (1 bowl full if not frozen)
- spoonful of full fat yoghurt
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of pinapple
Add spinach to the blending cup
Add Water then blend until all chunks are gone
Add apple, pinapple, banana and celery to the blender.
Blend together until smooth and pour in to glass immediately.
*** FOR BEST RESULTS ADD A FROZEN ITEM TO MAKE ICE COLD***
