Sticky Chicken Salad
Oh now this recipe is one of my all-time favourite healthy meals. I love this when I feel like I need something a bit sweet.
Ingredients (Serves two)
400g Diced Chicken (Aldi)
Balsamic Vinegar (Aldi)
Soy Sauce (Aldi)
Honey (Aldi)
Tomato’s
Salad leaves
Cucumber
Peppers
Carla’s Method
My Salad Preparation
Place your chosen salad leaves in to a large bowl.Add the sliced peppers, chop tomatoes, peppers and cucumber.
Toss the salad
My Dressing Preparation
Add 3 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar to a big glass bowl
Add 3 tablespoons of Soya Sauce to a big glass bowl
Add 3 tablespoons of honey to a big glass bowl
Add the diced chicken and for best results leave as long as possible in fridge.
Add the chicken to a wok on a medium/high heat
Push round pan to ensure the chicken doesn’t stick
Should take around 5 minutes to cook
Make sure chicken is cooked through then remove from pan and pour chicken and sauce over salad.
