One of the most complex legal areas is family law regarding having children with someone in another country. Family reconnecting is an area of law that is not as well developed in the global sphere and so, each country has its own set of rights and laws. For example, if you are an American and you have a child with your boyfriend or girlfriend in France, what kind of rights do you have to bring your child home and or your partner?
