Pregnancy Yoga Northenden is a gentle, mixed-ability hatha yoga class comprising asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided meditations tailored for pregnant women in their second or third trimester of a healthy pregnancy.
The class offers much needed time to connect with your body and your baby, and to unwind from your daily stresses and responsibilities. Postures will be performed with close supervision and suitable modifications/use of props. This will ensure a safe practice for you and your baby.
Please bring your own mat and props (including a pillow and a blanket) if possible. However, there are several spare mats, props, pillows and cushions available if needed. Wear comfortable clothes.
