Pregnancy Yoga classes
I run pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes in Monmouth and Ross on Wye. These classes support you with all those pregnancy niggles as well as preparing you for the birth of your baby. They are suitable for those 15 weeks pregnant right up until birth. Come and join our lovely supportive group of mums to be to create that mum network you are looking for.
Post natal yoga classes
Becoming a mum is a huge change, physically, mentally and emotionally. What better way to reconnect with yourself, bond with your baby and make new friends than come to a mum and baby class? Mum and baby classes are specially designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with your baby by your side. Or if your little ones are big enough that you can get out again for a couple of hours, schedule in some much needed me time and come along to rest, recharge and feel nourished once more. Our yoga classes for mums or those thinking about conceiving are actually suitable for all women, whether you’ve just had a baby, had children years ago or never been pregnant. Classes work on our physical fitness especially in the core and that helps strengthen us emotionally and mentally for any of life’s challenges as well as release any fears or limiting beliefs about ourselves.
