Bump A Size- is a class designed for prenatal ladies only from any trimester until birth. All exercises are tailored to each trimester and fitness level.
Baby Steps- a fun, energetic way to exercise without the stress of arranging childcare. Focusing on strength, posture, fitness and toning, aiding recovery following birth.
