My Antenatal + Hypnobirthing courses are designed to fully prepare you and your birth partner for what’s ahead, helping you understand your options and birth choices, knowing how it all works, and learn how to diplomatically but assertively speak up for what you want, in a ‘one size fits all’ maternity system. Hypnobirthing will provide you with the tools to practically manage pain, and my course will leave you feeling prepared and confident for birth. I work closely with the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital to ensure my information is relevant and up to date. My courses will ensure that you stack the odds in favour of a positive birth experience, because let’s face it, your baby’s birth is a once in a lifetime experience, so why wouldn’t you prepare for it?
