To all my yummy mummy’s! (And daddy’s) I’m Sau an experienced personal trainer/postnatal trainer and your Buggy Bootcamp Instructor based in Wanstead park E11.
I am also a mummy to my 17 months old baby, so I know the difficulty in getting back into shape. If you are a new mummy or daddy and finding it hard to work off the baby weight or just to get you and your baby out and about, here’s a perfect class for you. Outdoor buggy bootcamp classes helps you get fit and get your strength back.
** YOU WOULD NEED TO HAVE HAD YOUR 8 WEEKS CHECK UP AT YOUR DOCTORS BEFORE JOINING**
The class includes a full body workout, including the important pelvic floor muscle building, body conditioning, Strength building, toning and weight loss exercises with your buggy and baby. A great way to meet other new mums and dads and encourage each other to lose that baby weight and do some exercise.
Each week we will be focusing on increasing our stamina, building our strength up with interval training and burn those calories!! Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water and a snack for yourself and your baby.
Classes are every Wednesday 10.30am and Friday 11.30am.
