The class is specially designed to help your preparation for birth. The relaxation and breathing techniques help you throughout your pregnancy and during labour and the class incorporates a range of physical movements and poses to help relieve common pregnancy ailments whilst strengthening your body and increasing flexibility.

Our pregnancy fitness classes are open to all levels from complete beginners to seasoned participants, we can tailor the moves to suit your needs and experience.
The class is ideal from around 14 weeks of pregnancy through to birth.
