Danielle and Georgina run one hour, full body Buggy Bootcamps; workouts specifically designed for mums. Exercise outside in the park, meet other new mums, have a fun workout without having to worry about childcare, as you can bring your baby with you. We are both qualified in pre and post natal exercise so can tailor exercises for your individual needs. You go at your own pace and we have absolute beginners as well as more experienced exercisers all working out together.
So if you want to work hard, tone up, lose some weight, or simply get out of the house and do some exercise, then please come along.
