This is my one-to-one package. Do you feel like you have tried everything, and nothing is working?

I help you to understand the reasons why your child is having sleep issues, you are taught how to overcome them, how to gently improve your child’s relationship with sleep.

It is a 2 week program where I guide and support you through the whole process.

What is included:

* In depth questionnaire to assess your child’s sleep situation

*Bespoke program created for your specific needs

* Video consultation to go through the program in detail, including the science behind the method, how we guarantee significant improvement.

* 2 weeks of daily support over text/email

* Second bonus program with outlined advice for how to adapt the routine moving forward, transitioning naps and dropping naps completely as your little one grows.

My pricing is structured based on the time it takes me to create personalised plans purely based on your family, this is to ensure we can guarantee results. It also covers the ongoing support I provide.

There is never any pressure to purchase my packages. I believe that providing families with support is more important so I always offer my free consultation regardless of if you are intending to purchase a package or not. You might find that I give you enough advice on the free call to help you get on the right track before deciding if purchasing a package is needed.
